We are a custom home builder And we?re looking for pens for both a community event, and to leave as we stopped for gas and ran to the bank. We looked into purchasing our pens from several different places, but after having Ron from JI Promotions reach out to me via email to see how he could assist, there was no doubt this would be who we would purchase from. Not only did Ron work to learn out wants/needs for the pens, he didn?t stop looking until we found the best pen for the purpose, and, he also promised they would arrive on time (within two weeks). When the pen?s arrived, just when promised, we noticed that there were small defects in the tips of them, nothing huge, but it was noticed. We emailed Ron and told him the issue, sending photos as well. Honestly, we were amazed when we received a reply telling us that we were not being charged. Since these were for an event in two days there was no way to replace them. JI Promotions stood behind their product, and we will absolutely Work with them again.
The timeliness of the ordering to receiving the product was amazing. The team was very efficient and provided great feedback and suggestions for the water bottles that we ordered. I would recommend them to anyone that wants friendly professional service.
